FAQ
Paste your token above, click Verify, choose your region and timezone, then click Install. The addon link is installed directly into Stremio or Nuvio. You can use the Copy button to get the raw manifest URL if needed.
Nuvio (nuvio.tv) is recommended, especially on iOS and Apple TV. It plays live streams natively with no extra player needed. Stremio (stremio.com) works great on all platforms. For PC and Mac, pairing Stremio with MPV (mpv.io) or VLC gives the smoothest playback.
If it says Invalid, double-check there are no extra spaces or quote marks around it. If it says Expired, your subscription period has ended. Renew via Ko-fi or crypto and your token will be restored automatically. If you are still stuck, contact support@highfly.dev with your token and payment receipt.
First try a different source from the stream list (Alpha, Leaf, Bolt, Source 1, Source 2, etc.). Wait 30 seconds and try again as the backend may be healing the stream. If all sources fail, the CDN may be temporarily blocking the server. This usually clears within a few minutes on its own.
This is normal. IPTV servers occasionally drop connections. The system reconnects within around 10 seconds. Your player buffers 20 to 36 seconds of content so you often will not notice the gap at all.
There may genuinely be no live sports at this time. Try refreshing or restarting the app. The catalog updates every 60 to 120 seconds. If it stays empty for a long time, check the Discord server for any announced outages.
Change your timezone in the dropdown on this page, then click Install again to update your addon link. Stremio and Nuvio will use the new link automatically.
This usually happens when you subscribe with a different email address. Contact support@highfly.dev with your old token and new payment receipt and we will merge them.
There are currently no enforced device limits. You can use your token across your devices. Accounts found abusing simultaneous streams may be suspended.
